Features of RBM-20 mobile concrete plant
1. "RBM-20" is compact. It can be transported in one 20-foot container. A single frame design allows reducing the equipment installation and launch time. The customer can independently perform the installation / dismantling and transportation of equipment to another site in the shortest possible time.
2. RBM-20 can be used for the preparation of mobile mixtures (unloading is carried out into a concrete "bed" or a loader bucket) and rigid mixtures (unloading on a belt conveyor).
3. When preparing rigid mixtures, it is possible to install an unloading conveyor both along the axis of the complex and at an angle of 90 degrees thereto.
4. No pit is required to install the unloading conveyor. This means that a complex special foundation is not needed. This allows minimizing the time and financial costs for the equipment installation.
5. Universal equipment. Production of mortars, ready-mixed concrete, rigid concrete mix for vibropresses. Dosing of two aggregates. It is possible to dose three aggregates with an additional partition wall. Two bins with a total volume of 24 m3. Loading height - 4,160 mm.
