Concrete mixer SG-150

he SG-150 is the newest concrete mixer in the Stroytekhnika Plant line of productsIt is of a compulsory type with a horizontal rotor and is suitable for the preparation of rigid concrete mixes. The mixer can be used both either in closed spaces or under a shed at an ambient temperature of + 5 to + 45 °C.
      The SG-150 s a mixing chamber with a horizontal rotor inside. The rotor rotates on bearing supports. Cleaners and blades made of special wear-resistant cast iron are fixed to the rotor with carriers for mixing components of the mixture. The rotor is rotated by a gearbox, electric motor and V-belt drive. Tension of the V-belt drive is adjusted with a turnbuckle. The mixer has a discharge hatch for unloading the ready-mixed concrete. The door is used either for cleaning the mixer at the end of a shift or for unloading the mixture in an emergency situation. The hole is also used for cleaning the mixer when waste water discharge is needed. The bottom and the walls of the mixing chamber are equipped with wear protective elements made of wear-resistant steel. The control panel is fixed to the body of the mixer.
