Vibropress Rifey-FBS

Rifey FBS is a vibropress for the production of FBS blocks.

Vibropress Rifey FBS can be completed with one of two matrices PFB-1 or PFB-2.
An additional matrix costs 397,000 rubles, incl. VAT
With the help of the PFB-1 matrix, the Rifey-FBS installation allows the production of foundation blocks:
1.FBS-3 (width 300mm): - FBS-24-3-6, length 2 380mm, width 300mm, height 580mm - 1 piece is formed;
- FBS-12-3-6, length 1 180mm, width 300mm, height 580mm - 2 pcs are formed;
- FBS-9-3-6, length 880mm, width 300mm, height 580mm - 2 pcs are molded.
2. FBS-4 (width 400mm): - FBS-24-4-6, length 2 380mm, width 400mm, height 580mm - 1 piece is formed;
- FBS-12-4-6, length 1 180mm, width 400mm, height 580mm - 2 pcs are molded;
- FBS-9-4-6, length 880mm, width 400mm, height 580mm - 2 pcs are molded.
3. FBS-5 (width 500mm): - FBS-24-5-6, length 2 380mm, width 500mm, height 580mm - 1 piece is formed;
- FBS-12-5-6, length 1 180mm, width 500mm, height 580mm - 2 pcs are molded;
- FBS-9-5-6, length 880mm, width 500mm, height 580mm - 2 pcs are molded.
4. FBS-6 (width 600mm): - FBS-24-6-6, length 2 380mm, width 600mm, height 580mm - 1 piece is formed;
- FBS-12-6-6, length 1 180mm, width 600mm, height 580mm - 2 pcs are molded;
- FBS-9-6-6, length 880mm, width 600mm, height 580mm - 2 pcs are molded.

The required block sizes are set by reconfiguring the liners and inserts in the matrix of the vibropress.
With the help of the PFB-2 matrix, the Rifey-FBS installation allows the production of foundation blocks:
- FBS-12-4-3, length 1 180mm, width 400mm, height 280mm - 2 pcs are molded;
- FBS-12-5-3, length 1 180mm, width 500mm, height 280mm - 2 pcs are molded;
- FBS-12-6-3, length 1 180mm, width 600mm, height 280mm - 2 pcs are molded.
The required block sizes are set by rearranging the liners and inserts in the vibropress matrix.
The produced FBS blocks are produced in accordance with GOST 13579-78, and are used for the construction of various types of foundations, walls of buildings, the construction of structures, etc.
