Control panel of Aggregate batcher

Control panel of Aggregate batcher
The new control panel for aggregate batchers. In mid June 2016, the DZ-ZK control panel testing of inert materials batching were completed successfully. The control panel is designed for any aggregate batchers control (DZ-10, DZ-28 and those which will be developed later). The DZ-ZK control panel can control batching of one to three aggregates. Apart from aggregates batching control, the control panel allows controlling the DZ conveyor and vibrators installed in the bins. The DZ-ZK control panel operates in semiautomatic mode. The operator sets necessary weight values in turn for each aggregate and presses the "batcher start" button. Batching of each aggregate is performed automatically by transferring from a coarse batching mode to a precise one and to the following stoppage, in compliance with the set aggregate values.
