Aggregate batcher DZ-15

The aggregate batcher is essentially a batching complex which is used for various bulk materials having a density up to 2000 kg/m3, to which they refer:

- sand;
- gravel;
- crushed stone.

The batching complex is located on a pre-arranged platform. These devices have a wide range of application and some features.

The aggregate batcher is characterized by simplicity in operation. The shovel loader loads the materials into the bin, from which they are unloaded onto the weighing conveyor. Weighing occurs by means of strain sensors. When the desired batch is reached, the bin neck is closed and the taken volume of material is discharged. After that, the next cycle takes place.

Devices features

Batching complexes have some fundamental features. These include:

The presence of pneumatic controls and gate valves in the bin. This allows controlling the material feed rate and ensure the proper accuracy.
Unloading occurs using gates. They open in electrical mode using the pneumatic cylinders.
The control is carried out based on the microprocessor system.
To ensure accurate weighing and batching, modern strain sensors are used.
The bins are mounted on a special frame. This allows their fast dismantling and transportation.
