КВ 3-12 m/219 mm Screw Conveyor (Screw Feeder)

The main feature of the КВ/219 conveyor is its optimal combination of extremely simple design and high capacity. The unit itself is a metal pipe with a diameter of 219 millimeters, where the one end has a loading funnel and an electric motor with a gearbox, while the other end of the pipe is made in the form of a bell that descends into the raw material feed area (hoppers, containers, various tanks, etc.). A screw is placed inside the pipe. When starting the electric motor on the belt drive, the screw starts moving, scoops up the raw material and progressively moves it to the end of the pipe.
It should be especially noted that the conveyor can work both in the horizontal and vertical planes. Moreover, the maximum possible inclination angle of 45 degrees, as well as a large length and sectional design give many options for the unit placement. And, finally, the КВ-9/219 conveyor has all the necessary documentation of compliance with the technical regulations of the Customs Union, which allows using this equipment on the territory of the CIS member states.
