Rifey - Bikondor 150TB is the base model. The additional components presented in the assortment of the Stroytekhnika plant make it possible to significantly expand the technical characteristics and increase the range of products.
The dimensions of the installation are 4700X3200X2800 mm. These dimensions allow the model to be installed in a confined space. In addition, it can be used both indoors and outdoors. The mass of the vibropress in the basic configuration is only 2160 kilograms. This makes it easy to transport the unit depending on the place of work.
Like most of the equipment offered in the assortment of the Stroytekhnika plant, this unit can be serviced by a minimum number of employees, only three or four specialists .
It should be noted that this type of equipment is applicable for the production of several types of products at the same time , due to the possibility of simultaneous pressing in two dies. At the same time, highly specialized personnel with specific knowledge and experience are not required to service the equipment.
Wall and partition stones, blocks, tiles, paving stones produced on this equipment are characterized by clear shapes and sizes in accordance with GOST, which ultimately improves the quality of construction and finishing work.
