Moreover, the equipment is ready to produce inserts with unique high speed in automatic mode. In order to ensure guaranteed and uninterrupted operation, it is enough to supply finished expanded polystyrene plates in the device. The device cuts them independently at the specified contour in the automatic mode by means of nichrome filaments heated to the desired temperature. Finished inserts are cut off by the device and can be used directly in the manufacture of a thermal block.
