Big-bag debagger RC-2

The debagger (big-bag debagger) is used for unloading bags with bulk materials. It is more often used for cement big bags debagging.

The RC-2 Debagger is equipped with electrical telpher with carrying capacity up to 2t, which relieves a Consumer of using additional crane and handling machinery.

The RC-2 Debagger can handle both with single use and multiple use big bags. In case a single use big bag is to be discharged, an instrument steel knives system is used which rips the bag's bottom, which is followed by its gradual discharge. In case a multiple use big bag is to be discharged, the knives system is removed, and the lower valve ropes are to be untied manually through the open manhole. Also, the manhole is convenient for removing large pieces of a sticky cement and foreign objects remaining on a large-mesh fabric installed inside. The fabric protects the auger from jamming and breaking.

To improve the cement unloading, a vibrator for shaking is installed on the bin (optional). And the bin itself is mounted on vibration-damping vibro-supports, which prevents the translation of vibration to the main frame.

The design of RC-2 debagger provides for a lower viewing platform (optional) with a ladder and an enclosure for climbing to the bin top. The platform improves the view and makes servicing more convenient.

For the maintenance of the telpher and the convenience of the debagger upper part mounting, the an upper platform (optional) is provided for. The platform is easily mountable using the telpher, likewise, it is easily removed. One can climb to the upper platform by a staircase (included into basic configuration) welded to the debagger frame.

The vibrator and screw conveyor control is effected using the Control panel installed on the frame (optional).
