Mixture loading module (for Kondor brick making machines)

Mixture loading module is designed for the mix batching to the matrix of a brick making machine. It is essentially a frame with a bin attached to it and an under-bin sheet. A loading hopper travels between the boards of the underhopper sheet. The hopper travels due to the mix grating-shaped activator that is located in and rigidly connected with a hydrocylinder rod. The activator performs reciprocating motion in active loading mode, which ensures an even mix distribution over the entire matrix area preventing arch formation above the matrix voids. The module control panel is attached immediately to the brick making machine control panel.
The bin gate is designed in such a way that it is opened only at the moment when the loading hopper is under the bin.
To adjust the mixture loading module with respect to the matrix height, the module is relocated using the screws in the attachment elements grooves.
