Bundler
1. It has high operation speed. The full cycle time for transferring products from two pallets and returning to the starting position is 30 seconds.
2. Structurally, accurate positioning of the trolley with a grip in extreme positions is provided. There is no need to reconfigure the trolley stop sensors or the program to account for changes in the inertia force of the trolley with different weights of the transported products.
3. The rotation of the bundler's grip by 90 degrees ensures bond (rearrangement) of products on a pallet (for example, a curb or a wall stone). The bond significantly increases the stability of the products on the pallet during transportation.
4. It is not necessary to specify the exact height of the grip stop in the program for each level (layer) of products. The control system automatically determines the height of the previous level of products already stacked on the pallet. It is necessary to pre-enter only the number of layers of products and enable, if necessary, the function of turning the grip for bonding.

Pallet feeding module
1. Structurally, it is possible for the complex to work with two types of pallets, with 1,200x800 and 1,200x1,000 dimensions.
2. The structure includes a bin in which a stack of about 8 pallets is installed by a loader, which eliminates the need for a worker to manually install a pallet after each cycle.
3. The movement of an empty pallet from the bin to the bundling area and further, with products stacked on the roller coaster in the transportation area, is automated.
 Roller coaster
1. Up to two fully loaded pallets can be placed on the roller coaster at the same time.
