With the help of these components, the pressing unit is able to produce such piece concrete products as: wall stone of various types (hollow, full-bodied, partition, thickened, etc.), facing stone, paving slabs of various shapes and sizes, curb stone, various elements of home improvement and territories.
The production process is controlled from a special point, setting up the complex for automatic operation. The almost fully automatic operation of the complex significantly increases the unit's capacity as a whole per shift, improves the quality of the manufactured piece products, reduces their cost.
In addition to the conveyor and the tank, the complex also includes many other important elements. The list of such elements includes a powerful hydraulic station that creates the right pressure for the molding of products, as well as a unit that supplies the mixture to special pressing molds. The model is also provided with a system for feeding special pallets into the product pressing area and a system for delivering them with ready-made blocks to racks. Then, with the help of a traverse, the pallets are sent to the drying sector, and from there they replenish the rack with empty containers.
It is worth noting one important feature. The installation uses a polyharmonic shock-type vibration system and the inertial principle of the punch. This makes it possible to expand the range of applications of various fractions in aggregates, in the manufacture of semi-dry rigid concrete mixtures and, in general, guarantees the customer a wide range of construction materials produced using this equipment, having a list of more than 300 names.
The unit has high capacity with compact dimensions. Its dimensions: 8.7 m long, 9.5 m wide and 3.45 m high.
