- Vibrating table drive, made according to the "mechanical variotronic" scheme . This makes it possible to separately adjust the vibration amplitude (and, therefore, the vibration energy) during loading and forming for products of different heights. Those. when loading the mixture into the matrix, vibration can be set less to exclude too large amplitude of the matrix and concrete mixture, and during molding, the vibration can be adjusted more for maximum compaction of the mixture.

In addition, there are no resonant excitations of the vibration table, which take place in the "BURAN" when the vibration table electric motor is switched on and off. This reduces the dynamic load on metal structures and improves the quality of molded products.

- It is possible to use the option of separate change of vibration frequency on loading and forming, which can further increase the quality and density of products while reducing the amount of cement. Such regulation is used on foreign vibropresses. There is no need to change the metal structure of the vibropress.

- Mixture loading module. In "RIFEY-BURAN-2" the scheme of modules of the second layer is used, i.e. loading box moves with using a double-lever stabilizer ("grasshopper") and two hydraulic cylinders that do not protrude from the rear beyond the size of the module frame. Thus, there is no interference with the placement of the Liner Feed Module.

- Pallet feeder . There is an overturn of pallets for uniform wear of pallet surfaces, no additional mechanisms were required for this. The module has become 445 mm longer than the BURAN module.

- Possible Rotary pallet cleaning brush option on the bottom tier of the module.

- Pumping unit. Pump NSh-50. The power of the electric motor (15 kW) and the volume of the tank (300 l) have been increased. Hydraulic equipment for the second layer module is provided.

- Control panel with extended functionality with a monitor.

The main distinguishing feature of this complex is fully automatic operation. This model is the most powerful in the Rifey vibropress line. The complex is a technological unit with a low loading height and a batching system (SDA) . Thanks to the electronic filling, the complex operates exclusively in automatic mode with minimal human involvement. Moreover, the batching system also works in automatic mode. In fact, this is a plant for the serial production of paving slabs, blocks, curbs. One of the main advantages of which can be called a significantly shortened molding cycle - 15-30 seconds. To load the complex with initial components for mixing, a rational scheme for feeding them into the mixing tank has been developed.
