This makes it possible to separately adjust the vibration amplitude (and, therefore, the vibration energy) on loading and molding for products of different heights. That is, when loading the mixture into the matrix, the vibration can be set less to exclude too large amplitude of the matrix and the concrete mixture, and the vibration can be set more for the maximum mixture compaction during molding.
In addition, there are no resonant excitations of the vibrating table, which take place in "BURAN" when the electric motor of the vibrating table is switched on and off. This reduces the dynamic load on metal structures and contributes to improving the quality of molded products.
- It is possible to use the option of separately changing the vibration frequency at loading and molding, which can further improve the quality and density of products while reducing the amount of cement. Such regulation is applied on foreign vibropresses. Changing the metal structure of the vibropress is not required.- The "rotating pallet cleaning brush" option on the lower tier of the module is possible.
