The Rifey Polyus-750-SD vibropress complex is a modern complex that has numerous advantages that make it possible to distinguish it from a number of high-quality equipment designed for the production of concrete products.
The main advantage of this equipment is the availability of a dosing system that solves such tasks as mechanization and automation of the production process of products. The dosing system itself consists of such elements as: water hoppers, cement, aggregate, belt and screw conveyors and allows accurately dosing the components necessary for the preparation of a concrete mixture. For the finished production cycle, it is enough for our client to choose a suitable cement storage capacity (silo or big-bag debagger (link)) and start making concrete.
