The newest vibration-pressing complex Rifey Progress is a development of 2018 characterized by high capacity. This is ensured by a short product manufacturing cycle (at least 15 seconds) and an enlarged molding area of the press, which allows forming 3 curbs, 9 stones or 30 slabs in one cycle.

Mechanization and automation of all processes and operations makes it possible to completely eliminate heavy manual labor. The complex is a ready-made, complete solution with all the necessary near-pressure equipment. The complex includes the possibility of using an automatic rail trolley to transport pallets to the steaming chamber.

Operation mode- automatic

Stacker.

The stacker is characterized by a high hoisting/lowering speed. The time of hoisting/ lowering by one level is 12 seconds.

To prevent the chains with support shelves for pallets from swinging during the stacker operation (which may lead to a malfunction of the position sensor or a violation of the pallet centering), cargo chains with rollers and guides for them are used.

The special design of the shelves on which the pallet is lowered centers the pallet with a possible lateral displacement of the loader from the stacker center.

The structure includes a bin in which a stack of about 8 pallets is installed by a loader, which eliminates the need for a worker to manually install a pallet after each cycle.

The movement of an empty pallet from the bin to the bundling area and further, with stacked products in the transportation area, is automated. It is not required to manually push a loaded pallet, as on some analog lines.

Bundler.

It has high operation speed. The full cycle time for transferring products from two pallets and returning to the starting position is 30 seconds.

Structurally, accurate positioning of the trolley with a grip in extreme positions is provided. There is no need to reconfigure the trolley stop sensors or the program to account for changes in the inertia force of the trolley with different weights of the transported products.

The rotation of the bundler's grip by 90 degrees ensures bond (rearrangement) of products on a pallet (for example, a curb or a wall stone). The bond significantly increases the stability of the products on the pallet during transportation.

It is not necessary to specify the exact height of the grip stop in the program for each level (layer) of products. The control system automatically determines the height of the previous level of products already stacked on the pallet. It is necessary to pre-enter only the product height and, if necessary, turn on the function of turning the grip for bonding. The control system will automatically determine the maximum number of product rows on the pallet.
