We build our dealings with our customers on the principles of full transparency and maximum openness. As a result, inexperienced entrepreneurs swallow the bait of unscrupulous sellers: they don’t get any warranty, any promised commissioning. Our plant has adopted the following scheme of work. Shipment of equipment is made after receipt of full payment under the contract. Perhaps our conditions seem too strict, but long experience has proved the soundness of this decision. In turn, we are ready to provide any documents and guarantees confirming our trustworthiness and integrity.

The payment itself can be done in parts. We almost always make concessions for our customers and find a mutually acceptable solution for the payment together. A receipt of any payment under the contract is a guarantee of customer’s interest in the delivery and seriousness of the intentions. Thus, after the prepayment, the price is fixed, the equipment is reserved, and in any case it will be shipped, regardless of changing conditions.
