Necessary raw materials for the production of building materials using Rifey equipment

What raw materials should be used for the production of concrete?

For the production of concrete, it is necessary to use cement and water, as well as aggregates (such as crushed stone, sand, haydite, slag, sawdust, ash and many other). Depending on the ratio of the composition – water, cement, and aggregate – a certain type of concrete is produced:

• heavy (density of up to 5000 kg/m³);
• normal (up to 2500 kg/m³);
• light (up to 1800 kg/m³);
• very light (up to 500 kg/m³)

Concrete type depends on aggregate type:

• small-grained with a fraction of 5 to 10mm;
• large-grained with a fraction of 10 to 70mm;
• large-grained with a fraction of up to 250mm (rarely used).

Concrete strength depends on sand and aggregate (gravel), cement acts as an adhesive that fixes these elements in a specified position. The water acts as a diluent - it activates the cement components.

There are also optional components, without which the production of concrete is possible:

• plasticizers;
• accelerating agents;
• antifreeze additives;
• coloring matters.

All components of the mix should have high quality and worthy performance characteristics. Only in this case it can be further used for the production of the foundation and wall construction.

Necessary raw materials for the production of wall blocks

Wall blocks and blocks for the foundation produced with the help of Rifey equipment are made based on high-quality concrete. High quality products can be obtained at the output only if all the rules of production technology are followed. To make wall blocks consistent with all the requirements of GOST, you need the following materials:

• cement;
• purified water;
• inert filler;

Optionally:

• plasticizers;
• accelerating agents.

Sand, slag, haydite and other inert materials or combinations of several materials are most commonly used as fillers. The type and quality of the filler determines the quality of the wall block.

What are necessary raw materials for paving slabs and curbs?

With the help Rifey equipment, you can also produce paving slabs. In this case, you need:

• high-quality cement;
• coloring matters;
• clean sand of medium or large fraction or other fillers (fraction <10mm);

Optionally:

• mineral dry additives.

It is important that the technical characteristics of the considered raw materials satisfy the operating peculiarities of the equipment, and it must be high-grade. This will make the production process more efficient, improve product quality and, consequently, the supply level.
